The latch may not have opened all the way on the door part way down is a small opening looks like a sideways V that when the door opens should be unobstructed can slid pencil or finger in-- if the latch came down ,sticking or failed their will be a small bar looking like a C across the opening--- if the opening is blocked take a pencil or something hard and lift the outside door handle and push the latch [the little bar blocking the sideways V] towards the inside of car it will move upward out of the way now close door should close later spray latch with a lube or if spring failed will need to replace but for now u will be able to close and secure door

I think what has happened is that the door latch (the one in the door) has somehow closed and won't let the door shut normally.
Here's how it works. The door latch consists of two major parts. One is the short, round metal tube thing that is attached to the car body about halfway up where the door shuts. Inside the door there is a latch in a slot that lines up with round metal tube thing when you shut the door. I think what has happened is the latch has closed, not allowing the door latch to slide over the metal tube thing and close completely. If you look at the latch in the door slot you'll (hopefully) see what I mean. Now how to fix it.
You'll need a medium to large screwdriver and maybe some help from a friend. First, lift the outside door handle like you are going to open the door. Hold it up. Then, with the screwdriver, push the latch in the door slot UPWARD until it clicks and latches.
It is difficult to put this in words but it usually is an easy fix. No damage done to your car (unless you REALLY slammed the door hard numerous times..).
Please re-post with any questions.

Is the small tank below the battery on the driver's side on a 95 Chevy Corsica, the windsheild wiper motor? If not what is that tank?

If you meant to say Winshield Washer Pump and Reservoir, then I would say yes. If you REALLY meant to say "windshield wiper motor", then I would have to say...Not even close!

My 98 van bounces when im going 25 to 55 and i dont know y. checked tires struts and berrings.

well, how did you check struts. removed them and did a compression stroke test? Front or rear? both? suspension controls ride stability, shocks, struts, springs, bushings, wheel balance. even if parts look good doesnt mean they are. bounce trk from the outside. does it keep bouncing for a few or does it bounce 3 times or less depending on how hard you jumped on the bumper. Im sure you need new struts or shocks if it is bouncy.

1990 chevy corsica 3.1 liter v6 engine. started ran fine went shopping and on my way home it dies out of no where, start it back up give it gas dies again. it will run in idle but sounds rough and as soon...

Coils and wires are the most likely culprits as they never get replaced hardly ever. You cant really test a coil, you can check for resistance on the plug wires but that doesnt tell you if the insulation is bad on them.

Locked back door of toyota 94 corolla

There is a child safety lock in the door jamb. Unlock the door and open it from the OUTSIDE and look for a small sliding switch somewhere along the edge of the door where the door makes contact with the body when shut.
