Playstation2 load games problem

well first you need to determine which ps2 system you have and which game it is that will not load... if the game you are currently trying to load is a DVD-9 game then the only way to play it is on the Ps2 slimline....

the ps2 is supposed to read all the same region PS1 games so you shouldnt be having a problem. Es : a PAL ps2 can read PAL ps1 games

when playing...3hours on 30 mins off...your laser is overheating

ughh my rock band disc loads the playstation2 screen and when the black is suppose to load it its doesnt go any farther and the playstation makes a beeping sound :( help!

To region unlock your Playstation 2 console you need an unlock DVD. Something like http://www.play.com/Games/PlayStation2/4-/94716/-/Product.html

ok, i recommend 1st making sure all the PS2 games are clean, and scratch free..then...wait, wat version is the counsel?..V-7(most common large) or a V-10 (slim)...well, in any case..open her up, give it a spray down with a O2 can...then check the lense..."clean if nesisary"...i have also noticed with playstation2 games...that if u leave the disc laying upside down for month...and dust collects on the disc...that dust not coming off...

When I get one like this, I replace the motherboard.

If you are not able to do this yourself. Click on "Repair Directory" at the bottom of this screen. The click on "Video Game Consoles" Pick a good Repair shop dedicated to repairing Playstations.
