Normally the Fan only comes on when it is called for by the compressor, here is their web page that you can go to and pick your model and get their trouble shooting guide to repair your system, they also have a 800 phone number to help you. I am familiar with the unit but you need to look in there trouble shooting guide to properly troubleshoot your problem, you can call there 800 number and ask for help as well. Hope this helps.

Duo-therm fan only runs on low

useually a sticking fan relay in the controll board this is the closeest unit to a home based cenral air system and i would leave this one to the experts if you want to trouble shoot there is a detailed wiring diagram on the back side of the pc board cover on the fan and compessor unit it self there is a seperate relay for each speed on your unit make sure getting power to selected relay if not trace wiring and do continutity tests back to themostat
