Heat pump trouble shooting fema trailor i have a az75h18dacm1 self contained air cooled heat pump that wont work. cant find any info on this unit. have replaced the stat,the fan comes on only if it want's to

no info generic answer---unable to offer an answer - need model number ---do an online search for owners manual and will have trouble shooting guide as well as trouble codes

Maybe it’s a straight cool unit. Not a heat pump!?!?

the heating element for the self defrost is not working and the freezer is frosting up and blocking the port that sends cold air to the refrigerator side.replace the heating element in the freezer

useually a sticking fan relay in the controll board this is the closeest unit to a home based cenral air system and i would leave this one to the experts if you want to trouble shoot there is a detailed wiring diagram on the back side of the pc board cover on the fan and compessor unit it self there is a seperate relay for each speed on your unit make sure getting power to selected relay if not trace wiring and do continutity tests back to themostat

That would be a pay for question. unless you have the proper tools experience with electricity ya can make more trouble for your self than you want and could make the news call a qualified service co. Tom
