Tefal quickcup problem. now only getting 1/3 of a cup of hotwater from one press of red button. same results without filter

You need to go into programme mode to do this:
1) Press and hold the hot and cold water buttons simultaneosly for 3 seconds until the red indicator blinks
2) Release buttons and then while the light is blinking hold down the hot water button until the desired amount of water is reached, then release the button
3) Repeat (1) and the red light will stop blinking to signal the end of programming.
