Price of Touch Screen

Hi, if no longer under warranty? a replacement screen is only option. Is the main lcd panel cracked also, i.e. bleeding in display when pressed?

You have to change the unit without which the fault cannot be recfified. So find out the correct source for a new screen and get estimate before you can change.

If you have a valid warranty then send it in, if not you can either take it to a repair shop or indulge in a bit of DIY.

I'm assuming it's a fat DS (original) as thats the catagory you have listed this question in in which case I don't have a dismantling guide written up... If you do need help taking it apart and fitting a new touch screen send me a message via my profile page. You can get a new touch screen for the fat DS from ebay at a very reasonable price.
