I would use a permanent marker to mark the first set of screws that hold the perimeter, and put these in a ziplock bag and mark perimeter. You will be actually marking the slot these screws are in, and the bag should also be same marked color. The center screws with another color, screws in another zip lock bag and mark center screws. You may also ad the count to the ziplock bag. Do the same for the A/V connections etc and internal screws...etc. This is tedious but will produce a happy reassemble.
I don't recall exactly the type of screws they are. Been a while since I repaired this particular model. Let me ask you...are they the standard philips tap. Or the TORX type? They look like stars. You may have to visit an auto part store for the TORX screwdiver...sizes 8,10, and 20. These will acess many, many flat screens...a good investment if you like to work on theses TVs. Another type would be a standard 1/4inch bolt, you need a 1/4inch socket screwdriver and this will work in hundreds of TVs. Hope this will give a good start...thanks for asking and good luck. The center scews(?) are of a type that I am unfamiliar with. What is the driver needed to remove the center screws? A photo would be beneficial.
