On the back of your Wii are USB ports. Your microphone should plug into one of these. If it's a male mic port (not USB) you'll have to hit a Radio Shack (or something of the like) for a mic to USB converter. - Don't pay more than $20.
I'm just taking a stab in the dark here but bare with me on this, I got a lot of info stored in this old head so it takes a while.
If you look at the jack for the microphone, Does it have 2 sleaves and a pin or just 1 sleave and a pin. If it has 2 then you will need an adaptor (Normaly Stereo jack to XLR). If it has 1 sleave then your going to need a preamp.
