Why does my dell inspiron have trouble loading videos?

Dell Inspiron 15 3567 laptop.

NO OS stated, is this WINDOWS< y/n if yes, what windows
we can not guess windows versions from 1998 to 2018
XP to W10 is 99% of the post here, why not tell this.
The PC must have its DELL drivers load and correct or things fail.

my guess is this PC is corrupted in some way.
virus?
or the app from Dell is bad/wrong or corrupted, or someone loading the wrong one or verison on your PC.
Why not just go to dell.com and get it, first and load that first.
see if the software works now?

load the web cam drivers
then load the apps related to it next.

In case of your laptop the easiest method would be using Kill CMOS software from Hiren's Boot CD.

go to dell site try to download from becoz dell has diffrent run time module so try from there only even then your not able run that then your wildows is not install propely

go to google and look for SD card driver for xp, after you load the driver you will be fine.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but, Dell has had issues the with Nvidia GPU overheating and going bad. Have had to replace mine twice already on a 2 year old Inspiron. If its still under warranty send it to dell. They will replace the GPU.

I have the same problem with my Inspiron 8200 - it's the video driver. The system will load but then no log on screen. The solution until you can get an updated driver is to do a power-off reset.

The solution is add more memory to your laptop

What type of video card does your laptop have?? A lot of video cards are not compatible with Vista. Did you try to going to the manufacturer's website and checking for a updates on your video card? They might have a update for Vista? If you can find out what type of video card you have. Since this is a dell, you should be able to contact dell. Give them your laptop number and they can tell you what make and model you have installed.
