Is this since upgrading to IOS7? If not you may have an earthling issue which could be draining the battery. If less than 12 months take back to Apple shop, they will replace IPhone.
Under normal useage, the battery should hold a charge for at least an hour. Usually a lot longer depending on what your doing. However, the internet will kill a battery within mins! So keep your phone plugged in while your on the internet and even while doing other things until its fully charged. Shut your phone off when you go to bed and plug in the charger. Then unplug it when u wake up. If your battery still gives u severe problems, the battery cells may be totally dead or defective, in which case you will have to buy a new battery.
First, every phone battery has their own required / maximum time of charging. Charging it before going to bed will over charge the battery.
Since you're getting 75% of the battery status, it means that the battery is now starting to become defective. The best thing that you may do is to buy a brand new battery for your phone.
Most brand new batteries requires 6 to 8 hours of charging. After the initial charging, the next charging will be 3 to 4 hours only. BUT, you have to make sure that the battery runs out of charge before plugging it in to the wall socket. This will make the battery life lasts long.
Depends on whats running and what you use it for during its use. Technically shutting it off to reset it once a day is good, but it being half dead a day and half later is pretty normal
I think I have found out the way to solve this problem! I think! Ok on my phone I changed the power settings. Go to settings>all settings(if on touch flo)>system tab>power>advanced tab> then uncheck the two boxes that says "turn off device if not used for". Hopefully this works because I don't want to trade in my htc for another phone. Try it out and let me know if this works for you or not.
