I found its easier to just buy the wiring kit from Bestbuy they have all the wires labeled. Then you just plug it in to the factory connector

Where can I wire my accessorie wire for a radio in a 2010 vw tiguan 2.0t?

Are you planning on installing an after market radio ? If so, recommend you use an empty slot from the fuse panel to run power to your radio. This will help to avoid having other system components being affected by the new radio. If car still under warranty, it will not void it.

Where can I get adapter plugs for a Ford Focus to enable me to use an alternative stereo without butchering the wiring please?

Most stores that sell and install radios etc will have adapter harnesses and also face plates to make your install look professional and work as planned.
If you cannot get one, instead of completely cutting the original connector off, just remove about a 1/4" of insulation from each wire a few inches behind it and make your connection there. That way, if you need to use the old harness at any point you can simply tape over the gap and use it.

My son was going to change the radio out and he cut all the wires and now the windows wont work and the trunk or the gas thing either i would like to find a wiring plan that would show how to put the stuff...

what you can do is go to a junkyard cut the clip out of the same car and wire it back together. when you install a radio you are supposed to buy a wire harness that plugs into the one he cut and wire the harness to the radio and plug it in. check fuse too he could have shorted them when he cut. NEVER cut wires in the dash use the harness its available at most parts stores and usually only 20 bucks
