Sansa c250. My computer in Windows Media Player does not show all the albums that are on the Sansa c250. I would like to delete some of the songs from the device but I can't because the computer does not show them. What do I do?

Albums that have been put on the player in Windows Media Player in MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) mode can be viewed in the Microsoft Media Player.
Hidden music can be viewed in MSC mode when switching the player into this mode, viewing the player as a removable disk. Warning: when switching the player into MSC mode be sure to go through safely remove hardware, the icon in the right corner of the computer's screen.
How to switch to MSC mode, have a view in the manual. Select your version player online from the support page:
