Computer does not show entire contents of mp3 player.

Sansa c250. My computer in Windows Media Player does not show all the albums that are on the Sansa c250. I would like to delete some of the songs from the device but I can't because the computer does not show them. What do I do?

Hello,
Albums that have been put on the player in Windows Media Player in MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) mode can be viewed in the Microsoft Media Player.
Hidden music can be viewed in MSC mode when switching the player into this mode, viewing the player as a removable disk. Warning: when switching the player into MSC mode be sure to go through safely remove hardware, the icon in the right corner of the computer's screen.
How to switch to MSC mode, have a view in the manual. Select your version player online from the support page:
http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4487/session/L3NpZC9zc25DSURWag%3D%3D/sno/0#c200

More information about hidden files in the operating system on the computer, see next link:

When needing more help, just add a comment in this thread.

Album Art not showing up on player

Connect mp3 player to computer
Open Windows Media Player
Go to Sync tab
A list of the songs on your mp3 player should show up
Right click the songs, and go to advanced tag editor - change the album art for each song

One more thing to keep in mind for the Sansa e200 series:
For correct Album Work functionality, the album art and associated music file may
need to be located in the same folder. See preloaded content as an example.

I have a sansa c250 mp3 player, and I use the voice recorder to record fiddle tunes because I'm taking fiddle lessons. I'm tryying to take the recordings off the mp3 player and put it in my windows media...

Instead of using Windows Media Player, connect the Sansa to the computer, double-click My Computer, double-click the Sansa drive, and go to the Voice folder - drag the recordings to the Desktop or some other location on your computer. This will backup those songs for you in case something goes wrong.
