HP ink has only lasted 1week are you going to replace it as I paid £21.69 for tri colour ink The colour is showing FULl and black I shall showing LOW??.

If you have just replaced the color cartridge and it's showing low now, it's probably the black cartridge that's low. Both cartridges must have ink before it will print .

MY EPSOM CX 5500 WILL NOT PRINT. i HAVE A RED LIGHT PERM ON BY THE INK ICON. i HAVE TAKEN OUT THE CARTRIDGES SEVERAL TIMES AND RESTARTED BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. tHE CARTRIDGES HAVE INK AS FAR AS i...

Hello, This happens with epson as it has a chip on the cartridge, which sometimes shows the cartridge empty even if there is some ink left on it. You can try this steps:- 1. With the printer turned on press the ink replace button, which will bring the print head to ink replacement position, pull out the cartridges one by one and cover the tip of the cartridge with some tape and shake the cartridges and reinsert it on the printer and press the ink replacement button once again, the printer will check the inks cartridges, if the inks is empty it will show the red light again, pressing the button once will bring the printer to ink replacement position with the cartridge to be replaced on the replacement position. you can also check on the printer software on the pc that which ink cartridge is emptied.
Hope this helps.

No Cartridges. Open Scanner cover, then reinstall ink cartridge. All Cartridges are full

Hi there,
No Cartridge will show on the display if the machine cannot recognize one of the cartridge or one of the ink is empty.
To make sure about the real issue unplug the mach from the power outlet then plug it back in after 10 seconds.
If the display show: "ink empty C" it means the cyan/blue needs to be replace. "ink empty M" it means the magenta/pink needs to be replace. "ink empty BK" it means that the black needs to replace. If the display shows "ink empty Y" it means that yellow needs to be replace.
Even if it looks like the cartridge is full, it really needs to be replace so that the machine will work again.
Hope this helps. Rate if it works. Thanks

I have replaced the cartridge in my X7350 but still shows as low

As long as the cartridge operates OK, do not be concerned with the ink levels. It may just be a problem with that one ink cartridge and at some point, it will run out and then replace it. Cartridges made by foreign sources may not even show the ink levels, and that is not a problem when using them. Printer manufactures try to make it ******* customers as they want you to pay more for their cartridges.

How do I change the toner?

The Fax-2480c does not use toner cartridges.
This is an inkjet and so uses ink cartridges.

There are 4 cartridges, black, yellow, cyan (blue) and magenta (red). If any of these cartridges are empty, you need replace them.

This machine takes LC-51 cartridges.
You're probably out of warranty so jsut get refills... it's cheaper

Replacing the ink cartridges B
Your machine is equipped with an ink dot counter. The ink dot counter automatically
monitors the level of ink in each of the 4 cartridges. When the machine detects an ink cartridge is running out of ink, the machine will tell you with a message on the LCD. The LCD will tell you which ink cartridge is low or needs replacing. Be sure to follow the LCD prompts to replace the ink cartridges in the correct order.
Even though the machine tells you that an ink cartridge is empty, there will be a small amount of ink left in the ink cartridge. It is necessary to keep some ink in the ink cartridge to prevent air from drying out and damaging the print head assembly.
a Open the ink cartridge cover. If one or more ink cartridges are empty,
for example Black, the LCD shows Ink Empty Black and Replace Ink.
b Pull the lock release lever down and take out the ink cartridge for the color
shown on the LCD.

C Open the new ink cartridge bag for the color shown on the LCD, and then take
out the ink cartridge.
d Remove the protective yellow cap (1). Each color has its own correct position.
Insert the ink cartridge in the direction of the arrow on the label.
f Lift each lock release lever and push it until it clicks, and then close the ink
cartridge cover.
G If you replaced an ink cartridge, the LCD
may ask you to verify that it was a brand
new one. (For example, Did You Change Blck?) For each
new cartridge you installed, press 1 (Yes) to automatically reset the ink dot
counter for that color. If the ink cartridge you installed is not a brand new one, be
sure to press 2 (No). If you wait until the LCD shows
Note
If the LCD shows No Cartridge after
you install the ink cartridges, check that
the ink cartridges are installed properly.
