The drain pump is working because its hums.
so that leave water going into unit which can be checked with turning the water off and disconnecting to see if water is coming out and water valve problem which can be checked with a meter for continuity.
but a very rare case where the pump is stuck in drain mode because it thinks it has water in the base from a leak in the hose. so check these things and im sure the problem will reveil itself. let me know with a 4 thumbs up post

The cancel light is on because the cycle maybe paused or canceled. The lit red button should say Cancel/Drain. If you already tried to press start and if it won't finish the cycle then try pressing the Cancel/Drain to drain and start over.

  • Find the "Start/Cancel" button on the dishwasher's control pad. This button is located on the far-right side of the pad on most Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher models.
  • 3 Press the "Start/Cancel" button to clear the "PF" error code. Resume using the dishwasher as normal. You may have to reselect and start your cycle from the beginning.

most likely you have answered your question already... the drain pump is either obstructed or has failed... these units these days have plastic impellers inside and often go bad causing the drain motor to go bad... if the unit does not drain it will not allow the unit to run... is there water in the dishwasher? if it is empty of water then it sounds like you have a bad control or what is called a pcb board on unit

It is in a delay wash mode.
Disconnect power for 60 seconds.
Re-connect power.
Press the Cancel button.
Press the regular wash cycle and start the dw.
