Try the simple stuff first ... turn the picture frame off. Then remove the AC power adapter from the a/c socket in the wall. Wait 30 seconds then plug the adapter back into the wall outlet. Turn your picture frame back on and notice any error messages that may get displayed.
If you have not already done so, try another power adapter. In some cases, the cord between the power rectifier/step down transformer (the part that actually plugs into the AC outlet) and the connector at the frame end, becomes kinked or broken. The connector at the frame may also have become worn and not propely connected? If a second adapter does not work then the unit is faulty. Take it to your nearest service center for repair. (it may be less expensive to purchase another digital frame?)

1. On the photo thumbnail screen, use ? / ? to highlight a photo and then press ENTER to view it individually.
2. Press EXIT to return to the photo thumbnail screen
do not use a transformer that is not a match to the original. go to a radio shack or contact the company that made or marketed your frame for a replacement transformer.
You can change out your pictures by having an XD or SD Memory cards if you have a card reader for your computer plug in the memory card put the photos on to it that u want on ur pic frame and plug it in to the xd/sd card slot on the left hand side of the photo frame and there u go. If you want ur pics off the internal memory u can transfer them from the frame to the card via the options button or menu button that is.
