lift off spray arm and remove motor rotor and remove any debri this can cause a noisey motor.

Even though the dishwasher comes with detergent, doesn't mean its good. A lot of new dishwashers are very sensitive to soaps. I've found that cascade liquid works the best. Try getting Dishwasher magic and run it through a load with no dishes. Follow the directions on the bottle. You can pick some up at lowes or home depot.

Control is programmed to stop running and not allow any further cycles if it detects a water heating problem (no temperature increase detected in heated Main Wash on 3 consecutive cycles). My dishwasher Indesit DI67S will not run on the number 1 cycle. It will fill and then when that programme finishes it jumps straight to the drying cycle missing all the rinses out etc. If on the number 2 programme it goes all the way through but then doesn't dry. I've also noticed that the water doesn't seem to be heating up much and certainly isn't drying. Is this the element or something else? Once its reached the drying cycle the light for this just flashes then I have a job to try and reset the machine. It can take endless attempts. Will switching the machine off at the mains solve anything or is it the element?
