I also have the same problem, I've just upgraded my OS from XP SP2 to Vista Home Premium Edition and my A4TECH PK-750MJ won't work anymore but in my previous OS which was XP SP2, it was just a plug and play, no driver was needed, unline now, drivers were installed but it's still looking for the .inf file something. Please help! Thanks!

Can I downgrade Acer AOD255-2509 from Win7 Starter to WinXP?

you can install win xp ... as a second os ,,, or you can uninstall win7 and install a fresh copy of xp ,,, but you may need a copy of xp with ahci drivers included or else you'll get ( can't find any hard disc ) message ... win7 don't support upgrading or downgrading from another windows version (vista,ex...etc ) or to another version ...

I lost my cd installer..how to install ml personal webcam on my computer?

Here is the driver from A4Tech website for your A4tech PK-635 web camera. Works with Win98, Windows 2000/XP/Vista/Win 7
http://www.a4tech.com/downloads.asp
Just put in PK and 635 and then GO, then on the left side click Driver for PC to download the driver for it.

My cam open but no image.. very dark.. how could i fix this?

This is usually because you don't have the correct video drivers installed for your exact model Video Card. And/Or you haven't installed the latest drivers for the camera, usually available from the manufacturers website to download. One MUST have BOTH installed for all to work.
Also if trying to use a modern OS, Vista Win 7, etc, check the camera drivers will actually work on it.

My camera it not support for win 7, 32bit, please tell me why not thanks

Hi,

The Computer model VGNFJ270/B was shipped with XP OS and Sony had provided an upgrade path to Windows Vista. Sony does not recommend installing any other OS in the computer, as they are the OEM manufacturer of the product, they will know which features may fail to work with a new environment.
The drivers are tested to work with XP and Vista environment.

However, as we have seem that Vista drivers had generally worked with Windows 7 OS, I would suggest that you try installing the Vista Drivers for the camera and check if it helps:

Install VAIO® Camera Capture Utility:

http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-download.pl?mdl=VGNFJ270B&upd_id=3604&os_id=27

Then, install Sony® Camera Filter Driver Update

http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-download.pl?mdl=VGNFJ270B&upd_id=2471&os_id=27

And install VAIO® Camera Utility Update

http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-download.pl?mdl=VGNFJ270B&upd_id=2465&os_id=27

Thanks!!!!

I have a toshiba satellite a205-4707 when i got it it would freeze at startup i had a ancient copy of xp pro sp1 i could only install with power cord unplugged.even after install if i plugged in power cord...

http://www.4shared.com/file/oE15gXll/killdisk_and_boot-cd-iso.html
get this from my shared drive(read instructions in there)

and wipe your disk clean (Warning...this process will make you lose all data on disk so be careful, if posible backup all critical data that you need)
once done install WinXP SP3(get a Windows XP cd from a friend or download a pirated copy from net) look for "WinXP SP3 piratebay" in google

when installing WinXP make more than 2 partitions (C, D, E)
Install WinXP in C
once done, let Windows boot and show Desktop
install WinVista or Win7 in D
use E for saving your critical data

Couldnt install the a4tech pk7-mar webcam, doesnt have any CD to install.

Different OS require different drivers. Do include the OS your are using when you have any request.

You can download the software.drivers for OS:(Win98,Windows2000/XP/Vista/Win 7) from A4Tech.

Hope it helps.

Hi I instal win 7 in lg laptop g51, but i don't know where find driver for win. Please help me.

Windows 7 actually will use some Vista and some WinXP drivers for certain devices. Go to manufacture website for specific devices look 4 the Win7 drivers there. If none try both Vista and WinXp drivers already provided by laptop makers site.

Cannot connect my MT6225 china phone to my laptop thro the USB. what can i do?

hello, u may have to download the proper drivers plus data manager software from the manufacturers homepage,
they have to fit vista!

if there are just ones for winxp or lower win/versions available, either try connecting phone to a winxp/interent-pc and go through driver-install and so on
or think about downgrading your system to win-xp professional!

win vista is fine but not as reliable as winxp/pro!

good luck
