YES THE 02 T&C DOES HAVE FRONT STRUTS AND THEY ARE NOT CHEAP!
$500
You should not normally replace these if it has less than 200,000 miles! The sway Bar Bushings are usually the fist thing to go!

How to replace front struts on 2002 chrysler town and country

Front struts? Basically you take the two large bolts off of the hub at bottom of the strut and the 3 bolts under the hood above the strut, be sure the brake line bracket is unbolted from it.
you will need a spring compressor to remove the old strut from the spring.
BE WARNED the spring is under a lot of pressure, use extreme caution!

I had to chang the engine computer on my 02 town and country. Do I have to take it to chrysler to get it reprogramed for my van?

the town and country has a PCM ( power control module, located in front to the battery ) and a FCM ( front control module located on the front of the relay center next to the battery ) if either module is replaced they need to be programed with a DRBIII, so you will need to see your dealer.

Do you have a copy I can download on how to change the shocks/struts on my 2005 Town and Country minivan?

Do you realize you need a special spring compressor to remove the spring from the strut asm? Go to a library and read the procedure in a Chilton or Motor's Manual.

2001 town and country sways to much

You most likely need new struts and shocks. especially in the rear. It is common. If it feels like this all the time including driving straight, then check that sway bar an ends aren't broken.
