No video software came with my Zvue Elvis Presley mp3 player now I can't put any on. What can I do? All the video's I want to put on it are in avi, mov, mp3, mp4, or mpeg form..

Conect the ipod player to the computer where controls are acquired. For example, the computer would provide accessibilty to the mp3 player. media playes like windows media player, real one player, apple media players, juke box media convertors are the audio, video management software programs on the computer. As long as the computer would acquire media as videos, the computer mediaprofram should provide the transfer buttons between external connectable devices like mp3 players. However, the media players have various compartibilities recognisable as media formats. The mp3 player should have dictated the compartible format that is capable of being encoded. Important notes includes that, mp3 playes would only encode medias that have been loaded onto the computer completely. For example, if wanting to acquire music transfer to the mp3 player device, the music CD has to be extracted first into the computers media player like windows media player from where transferability is achievable into the MP3 player. Usually, the computer media player should state that the feature functionality is capable of MP3 IPOD transfers. For example, once login to the windows media player software, copy available media files from the files library into the player list area to be manipulated as transfers/sync. Also, the media player of the computer should recognise connected media devices with popup logos indicating transfereabilities.

I cant get my music and books from my computer to my mp4 player . I have i tunes, and limewire, and I cant get either of them to transfer to the mp4 player.

you can do it by using windows media player on the sync list, or you can open it up from my computer and just copy and paste the files (or highlight them and drag them to the new window.) .

Unable to put music on my mp4

The Sansa Clip can only recognize certain file formats (mp4 is not one of them). Your best bet is to only download songs that are in mp3 format. iTunes format will not work. Some WMA's will work, but others will not - it all depends on whether the WMA files has a fixed-term license or whether it has a license that allows transfer to portable devices. Songs in mp3 format will never give you trouble.

to your question about how to download music:
1. turn on the mp4 player
2. plug it into your computer's USB port
3. An icon for the folder will come up on "My Computer"
4. using Windows Media Player, select "rip" music from cd
5. in "options" just save it into your computer in mp3 format (this makes a useful backup to save time if you have probems later)
6. Then copy the folder that contains the music from your computer to your mp4 player.
7. Unplug computer, check files run on your player
