Necchi heavy duty royal series. Manuel says 3205FA and 3204FB. I want to know where to oil it. I also need help because it won't reverse anymore. Any advice?

It's an old metal mechanical machine, right? It is probably seizing due to old oil that has dried. Here's my method for "unfreezing" old sewing machines. (You won't believe how good it sounds and how nicely it runs after you've give it some TLC!)

Even if not your particular model, basic machine threading is very similar from one to another. Just be sure to ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot when threading the top thread---and change the needle often.

I have a Necchi 3205FA ROYAL series sewing machine. It will not sew at all the only time the needle moves is when I click the bobbin in and then it only moves for a second then stops completely.Should

Can you turn the handwheel manually? Does it move freely? If not, the machine needs to be oiled. Check the manual for the proper oiling locations. Basically, any metal to metal areas require oil. Just make sure the machine is unplugged and avoid oiling the motor.

I have a Necchi Royal Series 3205FA. I wanted to wind my bobbin. I could not loosen the Stop Clutch Knob. This is a NEW sewing machine. It isn't a strength problem. The part will not turn.

If you have a stop motion dial with little grooves all the way round the best way is to get a wide plade screwdriver, put the plade part on one of the grooves on the left hand side of the dial and give it a thump on top with your hand, that usually does the trick.
