You have to put the headphone in the discovery mode. The instructions for the headset will tell you how to do that.

Question are connecting head phones or an actual headset with a mic on it?

The reason I ask this is alot of devices can tell what connection are being connected to it. So if you are not connecting a headset with a properly detected mic on it this maybe the cause of your problem. If you are not sure get me the make and model of your phone and headset so I can look up some info on them.

Drop it and put it together again. That's what I did to mine and it worked

if it doesnt have a cord on the end you cant hook it into the laptop but if you have a cord on the end look on both sides of yuour laptop and if you see a hole but it in there if it fits

Make sure that you paired the device as "Hands Free" and not as "Stereo Headphones" If you have any other issues, let me know.

From what I understand, once your device is paired you have to go to Audio Device Settings > Input device > select "your headset" > output device > select "your headset. Then click "Connect Bluetooth" icon. Then OK. That should do it.

First switch on ur mobile bluetooth and search for device...And if it detect the headset then try to connect..

hi. reset your phone settings to default and adjust for headset connection try to connect the headset to another phone and check if the mic is good good luck
