Typically after you disconnect the battery reconnected and make sure the battery is fully charged the CDs will eject after you’ve reconnected the battery try to couple times should work
If you go to your local electronics store or even Walmart LOL.. you can get a CD/DVD lens cleaner. it looks like a CD with a little brush attached to it. EASY AS PIE.. that is IF it is the lens. BTW.. I am a DJ so I have had my share of drama with CD players Hope this helps you.. I am new to this site Happy Fixing =)
Had to replace same unit twice in 2004 G35. Seems to be a bad model. Sometimes a dirty disk(s) will cause operation problems so make sure all disks are sqeaky clean, and if they are in unit for more than a month, remove, clean and reinstall. Use plain water and a soft cotton rag for dust, but windex for grease/oil/candy etc. Also vacuum unit face opening when cleaning interior.
i have a infiniti i-35 2002 and my cd player won't play or eject i was switching cd's on no. 4 and when it went in it got stuck inside it won't play no. 1thru6 are there any suggestions
