I have an Infiniti I35 with a Bose radio/6cd changer. The CD player gives an E5 error when I try to play a CD. Help. Thanks, Scott

Typically after you disconnect the battery reconnected and make sure the battery is fully charged the CDs will eject after you’ve reconnected the battery try to couple times should work

My suggestion would be to check out your local ICE specialist or find the local Saturday night car gathering and see who they recommend.

sounds like the springs on the shocks inside changer are either disconected or hooked up incorrectly

If you go to your local electronics store or even Walmart LOL.. you can get a CD/DVD lens cleaner. it looks like a CD with a little brush attached to it. EASY AS PIE..
that is IF it is the lens.
BTW.. I am a DJ so I have had my share of drama with CD players

Had to replace same unit twice in 2004 G35. Seems to be a bad model. Sometimes a dirty disk(s) will cause operation problems so make sure all disks are sqeaky clean, and if they are in unit for more than a month, remove, clean and reinstall. Use plain water and a soft cotton rag for dust, but windex for grease/oil/candy etc. Also vacuum unit face opening when cleaning interior.

The 6 cd changer should be located in the trunk eith on the right or left side. I hopre this helps you. Don't forget to rate my answer.
