1. Are you not able to log-in your email account?
2. Are you able to log-in your email account but you cannot access your inbox?
3. Are you able to access your inbox cannot view any email?
4. Are you able to access any email in inbox/sent-items but you cannot reply/forward ?
Follow the below mentioned steps : 1. In the main menu touch the Messaging shortcut - the one with the envelope as an icon - at the bottom of the screen View - Messaging settings 2. In the Messaging menu scroll down and click on Settings at the bottom of the list View - Messaging - Email 3. In the Settings menu click on Email View - Email settings 4. In the Email menu click on Email accounts View - Add new email account 5. In the Email accounts menu click on the icon at the bottom left of the screen and select Add new View - Enter email account details in the form 6. You will need to enter all your email account information - name, email address, email servers, log on details etc. - into the online form View - Email accounts 7. Your new account should be listed in the Email accounts menu. Click on the Activate button to get started. In case of any additional help please reply back.
What do you mean change your account? Is it for email account that you used when you registered before? Well if that is changing your email account you can do that by logging in to your account. Once you log in check on the right upper area of the screen and look for "account" click on it and it will show you options > Select account settings click on it. Sounds like your work has some sort of block on certain content and websites which can prevent you from viewing emails, especailly ones with attachments.
First log in to your Yahoomail account. Then, click on the Inbox to view all the incoming mails. Next, click on the pull down button and make sure that the "Date" option is checked under the "Sort" category.
This will enable you to view all your recent mails first.

It is still possible to access your eMails, even though in a very minimalistic way.
