Put in your cameras model # and you should be able to download it. If not just call them and ask them to send you a new disc. They will charge you S&H.

Error can not open driver

I downloaded everything correctly and when i tryed to download picture into my computer it sad cannot connect to camera and the camera was plugged in corectly.

my vivitar 5199 is indicating busy, how can i rectify it.

I just bought the Vivitar mini digital camera and everything installed really well but when i click on "My Camera" it say "cannot connect to camera".
