i need a new activation code

What do you mean unlock code? unlock password or motorola A1200 unlock code? If you forget your password you can reset your motorola to default factory setting. If you really need Motorola unlock code, you can get that from third party sites.

connect ur mobile with a system (usb cable)...
found out whether it is charging or not...
if the same prblm appears then there is a prblm in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)...
if it charged with usb cable buy a new charger
Please change Phone Bettery and check the charging
IF Charging Problem not Solved So
Secend Option:
Your Phone charging IC Fault So Please change charging IC
And charging Problem will Solved Quickly

I believe nokia have codes but alot of phones need a special lead. there is a unlock calculator, i think it's call nokia unlock calculator
