The chipset has died - to be expected on such an old board. Replace it, nothing more can be done to it, it's dead.

Many error codes in mother boards are similar.

Saying that, you need to get to the maker of the board, and find the information from them.
Sending them an email under support, will most likely solve what you need.

c1 refers to a memory fault, so check that the memory timings according to the manual are correct or that the memory is not faulty.
