I had a problem in my N76 mobile... Wen im trying to switch on the mobile display remains blank and the um ic gets heat....

try to check the video card, if you have an extra try to replace it. and also try to remove the memory chip and clean it then re insert.

Its a display IC fault.heres the screenshot..replace this two crystal IC for display.

The display IC of your handset it faulty, sometimes it could be the LCD itself, but most of the time its the 25pin crystal IC. take it for a repair, tell them to try the lcd first, if that fails then its the display IC;s. BR

All you need to do is this.
1. Switch your mobile phone off then switch it on again.
2. Click the MENU button which is the top left keypad (the silver colored one)
3.Scroll down once, then to the right once.
4. Click the MENU button again.
5. Scroll down twice. Click MENU button.
6.Scroll down once or twice and click MENU button again.

This should either reset your theme to the default themes.

This is because urs Power IC and falsh IC had damage get it repaired in RS 400
