The protection circuit is cutting in and out and it is really just a high current detection system.
This is very typical of loose connections and cold solder joints which are easily diagnosed by giving the set a whack with your hand in a few strategic places.
Also check the fuse on the power supply board .

hello make sure the lamp and the cover is fitted securely, when you've done this the tv should be ok
