You need to load the drivers from the cd or find them on the internet. Mine did the same thing untill I reinstalled XP. I don't suggest you'll have to do that. Just find them on the internet... ward bones
Unfortunately, after digging around awhile I found this:
"Cypress, which is the company that writes the drivers and made the
chipset used in the back panel for these drives will not be making any
more drivers for this chipset, so unforunately the drive will not be
supported on OS 10.3 and later." - qps-inc
So it seems that it will not work with OSX. Sorry =/
qps que model 525 will not start. used to work on xp and vista. I think disk is getting full - down to 4 gb left... but problem remains that I cannot start it or open it. Can anyone help?
