If the computer prompts you to install a new sound card, it means you cannot run the program without the sound card. you need it inorder for the progam to be compatiable with your pc desktop/laptop.

Most of the device and their driversare compatible with Windows Vista if they support XP.Still if the drive isn’t supported go to theofficial website of the hardware manufacturer and look for the drivers. Thesedrivers are generally free of cost.
Just like mine. Well, go to http://www.esi-audio and click on the Midi Device Driver for vista. It should be MIDIMATE. Thats the new one. The cable is blue. If yours is white, then download MIDI mate for vista. They are both different, so better be careful.
I still haven't fixed my MIDI CRISI PROBLEM. I am still looking for solutions in your audience of other web users in this type of MARK OF YHE UNICORN PC MIDI FLYER. I found a an article on the PARELLAL THAT IS USED ON IT. I need all the information I can get to.I was testing this product with the VISTA OS AND HEARD A SOUND-IN PORT, NO SIGNAL. Still need more answers. I Really need the DRIVERS/DOWNLOAD AND THE MANUAL of this product. I am doing at this point freehand.I'll continue to look on your website for help. Hy Idont I can help you with vista but I`ve got Aardvark direct pro lx6 and no drivers for XP. I cant find it in the internet. Could you tell me where can i find it?
Ok her's wuz up! It's the install **** that this driver's been tackling with since the beginning! (This somewhat goes for the oSX to i gues =) Anyway, so...
1. Uninstall the whole thing! Also run regedit (XP,Vista?) and delete everything named "Audiophile" (installed audio apps mostly recognices to the new drivers once installed so don't worry).
2. Then reboot and run the new drivers - and remember that old ****, click "continue anyway" at all THREE times.
3. Then reboot again (do NOT turn the card on yet). I turned it on after shortly after BIOS screen and that was almost too early! Anyway, then follow the "found new harware" routine - TWO times - one for SOUND and one for MIDI.
This might seem basic and all but, hey... with theese kind of cards.. sheeesh!. And when ARE they going to get there "protocal" aproved?! Next OS?!
