I am having troubles with my Turtle Beachs X1s

They where working fine until I moved my set-up about, and then when I went back on xbox, they were fine until later that night. My turtle beachs starting making noises, my friend could hear something coming from my mic. I wasn't doing anything but It sounded like I was messing around with the mic. I recorded my voice on a voice chat on my xbox and you can hear my talk and then cut out and then seems like the mic falls out and I plug it back in. Can anybody help me with this. I have checked the cables, and have plugged them all out and back in again

You may have kinked your controller cable when you moved all your Xbox stuff. You might as well get a replacement controller cable--Turtle Beach sells them for only $4.95 on their website. I'd recommend the newer white one since that looks to be a lot thicker.

My turtle Beaches work work with my turbo fire 2

they are not compatable... read your booklet that came with your head set and you will see if small print that it is not compatable with datel controllers. you can get a typical head set with mic. that comes with your cell phone as i have and with the plastic clip that comes with the cell phone set clip the mic part just above the foam cover over the turtle beach mic. (also turn off the mic. part of the turtle beach unit) then put the cell phone single ear piece into your left ear and then put on the turtle beack head set. due to the small size of the cell phone ear piece you will not feel it. then plug into your datel controller the plug from the cell phone head and mic piece. you will hear thru the turtle beach all of the game sounds, etc.. and thru your cell phone set you will hear you chat. it works and will do until datel or turtle beach comes out with a fix, if ever.

I was talking to friends on xbox live chat and went to eat dinner, came back tried talking and couldn't talk to friends

Check to make sure that your talkback cable is plugged in tightly. Try unplugging it and then plugging it back in. If you're still having trouble, just contact them at [email protected] and they'll take care of you!

When I talk, my friends complain of a high pitched buzzing. I'm using the Turtle Beach X11 via a wired controller on the Xbox 360.

Same issue here. Can hear the high pitch buzz, and friends complain about it.

I have 2 Turtle Beach X11 headsets, and 3 Xboxes (std, Elite, slim)

Unplug the mic, and no high pitch buzz. Plug it back in, and its back.

Tried all 3 boxes experience same issues

Playing with volume and mic settings doesn't make a difference.

Would love to have a fix for this :-)

Turtle beach x31 not working with n router Changed router settings to standard band, but still not working.

I have an N-router and do not have a problem with my X41 or my brother's X31. If your router is real close to the headset's transmitter, you should move it at least 6 feet away. Also if you have the Xbox wireless adapter with two antennas, you should move the transmitter away from your Xbox as much as possible too. Simple positioning should work for you. If not, why don't you just contact Turtle Beach directly? I'm sure they'd be able to help you more than anyone else.

Turtle Beach Ear Force X1 Mic not working

Can other players hear you speaking on XBOX Live chat? I'm not sure if you mean "you" can't hear yourself speaking or that "others" can't hear you speaking.

Headphones work, attached mic doesn't

microphone fell so it was hanging by thin wires ...
must have come of the solder...
resoldering should fix it...
p.s. do not try to solder if you're a noob you might ruin it all but if you're confident enough then go ahead

My turtle beach x4 headphones work but the sound is distorted, how can i get it to work normally again?

Try moving the receiver away from major electronic objects and move yourself closer to the receiver. Does this make any difference? If so, it's interference.

Try replacing the batteries in the headphones.
