Try following
- download the newest printer driver from http://www.copiers.toshiba.com/support/index.jsp
- uninstall current driver
- delete port if it is still present
- restart the machine
- start setup (choose XPS printer driver and PCL printer driver)
- setup should offer the machine with IP automatically, if not enter IP manually
- print test page
- it should be working if not let me know, write in comment what happened

It's an office network of about 8 pc's, and they all have static IP's. All the XP pc's can print, it's just the one win7 pc that is giving problems
Do you have static or auto IP ? I had similar problem. Network with 2 pc on win XP and 1 pc running on win 7, auto IP, win xp pc works normally, but win 7 doesn't. after I changed to static IP, everything is ok. I never found problem.
