How do you print an address to an envelope? And can you only print #10 envelopes?

No, you can print on any envelope size. As far as addresses are concerned, you need to setup a template for the envelope size in your program. What program do you have for this function, do you have Microsoft Word or come other word processor like that?

Printing envelopes

It starts with your software. You must have a program which allows you to enter info that can be formatted to print on an envelope(Word or another word processing program).
When you start a new document you tell the program what you want to do. Once the data is entered it is a simple matter of manually feeding the envelope into the printer. Envelopes should not be bent or have dogears or damaged because they can damage your printer. You may have to try the envelope a couple times until you get it fed the correct direction. Another option is to print labels using Excel and print up a whole sheet of labels at a time. Good luck.
