Hi! It's Brother part number SA126, called the 7mm hemming foot. You can order it from a Brother dealer, or from http://sewingpartsonline.com/hemmer-foot-babylock-snap-on-1.aspx
This particular foot takes a bit of practice, to get the rolled hem started, so you might want to play around with it first.
Happy Sewing!

where can i buy a new thread tree for my 1034d brother overlocker from betty c
SOURCE: Which threads do I use to make a rolled hem?
Only 3 threads are used for rolled hemming ........you will need to change to rolled hem mode with a slider switch or a special needleplate, depending on your machine, ...the manual will tell you how to go about it if you have one.
Use both loopers, and the Right hand needle....(remove the Left needle)
If you cannot figure it out, call the dealer where you bought the machine, or one that sells that make, they will probably help, they may even offer to show you or do lessons for a modest fee.
Best Wishes
