Action Replay DS

I put my Action Replay DS in the DS, took it out (has instructed) put the game in, in which it popped out (no problem in this part, I know how how to fix the "card popping") and froze the DS in which I turned it back on(constantly) and ALL the games& codes have disappeared and when I try to put the game Key code in but makes the DS freeze and the bottom screen has colored lines all over it.

My boyfriend has an action replay...in the middle of typing up a cheat in the program, it froze up on me; turning it off, then back on, it erased every cheat for every game. When I tried to put in the game ID, colored lines came up on the bottom screen. They were pink and blue...As far as I know they have a warranty...I'll have to use that now ><

All you need to do is, when you have those blue and red lines, means the codes are corrupted. To fix this, you will have to reset the Action Replay. To do that, you need to do this:

1. Hold down the A and B buttons before turning the console on.
2. Turn the Ds on while still holding the A and B, but when the health and safety screen comes up, hold down Start and Select too, so you now have 4 buttons held down.
3. Keep holding all 4 down until the main screen of the Action Replay appears. You'll have no games, which is no worry now because you can hook it up to the computer and update your AR with all the games again.

Hope this helps!

My action replay dosent read my games

I had the same problem as you, and the only way to solve it is to put in the game card, then take it out and blow on the back of the card and in the card slot. You gotta do this, like, 4 or 5 times (did I mention that THAT SUCKS!!!!!!) and then it should recognize the game card. Hope this helps

The cheats codes from the action replay ds are not being applied

It might have a different ID than is in the database. Read the FAQ section in the instruction manual for the solution. (Its in the very back)

Erased Action Replay

Well, you're going to have to install the AR Code Manager on your PC. When you do that, insert your AR cartridge into your DS and plug it in via the USB cable on the PC. After that it should attempt to load your current code list. If nothing pops up hit the "Quick Update" button at the top, it should delete your current game codelist and download the new codelist from one of the sites listed.

ACTION REPLAY DS PROBLEMS

The AR should come pre-loaded with codes for most games. If you followed the directions carefully and there are no codes for your game I suggest following the AR update instructions in the booklet to reset and download the most up to date codelists for your games.

Action replay crashed

First, turn on your Action Replay, and after the warning screen for the DS Pops up, hold these four buttons: A+B+SELECT+START, the white screen will stay up longer than normal, but just be patient.

When the menu screen pops up, let go of the buttons

Plug your DS (Action Replay) to your computer and you should be ready to input games and codes again.
