I went to HTC's website to get the bluetooth update, installed it, and im still having the same problems. Its the piece of s#*% em227 bluetooth that is the problem. for iphone : set your phone to scan for wireless device 1 unlock 2 settings icon 3 general 4 bluetooth ON the hold the big button on the blue tooth once it flashes blue DO NOT LET GO! keep holding it till it flashs red and blue red and blue then let go and it should find it instantly then press on the BK-600 word and enter the 0000 code and you should be all set.
