My Wacom CTE-440 Graphire4 tablet is drawing when my pen is not touching the tablet. I checked the manual and it said that I shuold adjust the Pen feel. I did so but it made no difference. No matter what I do it won't work. I have an Acer laptop with Windows Vista. PLEASE help me!!!!
Ok so I called costumer service because mine was doing the same thing. Apparently the pressure sensor in the pen is stuck down. What you do is remove the pen tip with tweezers, blow in the open end of pen, then tap the pen (open end down) in a table to get any debris out of there. Then just put the tip back in and give it a try. That did the trick for me. Hope this helps.
I have the same problem in my genius easy pen
I have the exact same problem. My pen is constantly clicking and holding and I'm not even touching it to the pad! It's driving me insane. I have Toshiba laptop with Vista, also.
