Hi, My Mp3 Player has suddenly stopped showing any of my music. The radio works but when I want to play music it only has one song. When I try to look at all my music it says no list. I have only had the player for a month and a half and have had no other problems. I have tried Resetting it but it isn't making a difference. Please help?

Instead of playing mp3 player directly, go to the folder where you have saved your songs and play a song.If this will play with the music player then go to the music player at the same time by going back.

Otherwise, eject the memory card and then re-enter. Try to play mp3 player.

This message is not a standard error message. This might be a virus infection. Does this message come up on all the songs?
If not then delete the song that comes up with this message.

Go through your owners manual, depending on the type of Mp3 player there should be a system reset button. You will need to do this because it trying to play a song and shutting down is a good sign of a virus.

if u used window media player its will mess up your mp3 by duplicating songs and not leting u play songs. What i do is connect it to the computer and it should pop up. DONT open window media player. Open the files and add your music by dragging them into your mp3 from another folder. This only works if you have a different folder of music. It should work. If all your music is in Widows media player it wont work. Also try deleting all your music from ur mp3 but copy your musice onto your computer first. Good luck i hope i helped.

the radio and mp3 uses one audio amplifier, check if you have loaded your music with mp3 songs, if not load with mp3 songs. if songs used to play and just stopped playing, then follow these steps,

i does your display show song playing, if it does then your set is fault, and if it doent and display unsuppoted, load with mp3 songs.

ii if it was playing and just stopped, than take it to a tech, who can open it and check the change-over switch, or selector of that set.

iii the problem is to very big.

I managed to get this sorted by changing the default setting in windows media player from ripping the CDs as a wma protected file to a mp3 file.

format it put all music in then see wat happen it should fix the problem

If you installed the firmware update, you might have forgotten to change the device to MSC mode.. try going to settings>USB mode>MSC This should probably work.. to stop a song while its playing, click the |<< button while you have the screen with the current song. (you can pause a song on this same screen with the >|| button) If you have gone back to any of the menu screens, wait for a couple seconds and the player will automatically go back tot he song display screen so you can stop the song.
