Did you contact Salton, Inc? If they discontinued the product _and_ support for it (in terms of spare parts), then I'd recommend hunting on eBay or contacting one of the online parts stores like Nelson Appliance.com (www.nelsonappliance.com)

If you didn't talk with Salton, Inc., I'd try their customer service (below) site for parts and/or manual. If they don't have them, they should know where to send you (though if they don't, I'd seriously wonder about thecompany).

You have two options, effectively.

1) You can go to Salton, Inc. (info below) who services George Foreman products, or
2) You can hunt-up a part on eBay or one of the various online outlets that sell spare/replacement parts. How "handy" are you?

Hi,
theres lots of posts here regarding george foreman products.
there does,nt seem to be anywhere to buy replacement parts.
I,d suggest buying a new alternative product, with a more stable background, and reliable service and replacement parts. i.e russel hobbs or tefal et,c.

Hello: I just called 1-800-233-9054 and spoke to a customer relations person for George Foreman products. I was able to order a probe (electrical cord) for my George Foreman Outdoor Grill. I asked if that was the number to call for all parts and was told that it was. Give it a try. If I was able to order my part, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to also. Julie
