How to secure the wireless network

You want to secure the wireless network.
Is there any computer connected to the router with the Ethernet cable?
If not then you will need to connect the computer to the router with the cable.
Check the IP address on the computer. Open the router set up page.
Once you open the set up page, you will find the option to make it secured

How do I lock my Belkin wireless router?

You can lock your router by setting a password to access it. This is done in your router setup, in the Wireless area. I prefer WPA-PSK [TKIP] for the ease of setup and password selections. This should keep unwanted access to your wireless signal.

Card doesn't connect to router.

This could be cause by many things. Check your router and see if there are any wireless security or locked mac addresses (locked networks). You can always reset the settings it by pushing and holding the reset button at the back of the router. Also, is the card able "see" the router? If it cant "see" the router, you are probably not in range that the router, once again, has a locked network.

I need help on how to replace bit on router craftsman style

You didn't state the model number. The older Craftsmen routers had a red lever lock on the top of the router, one position allows the spindle to turn, the other position locks the spindle. Here's the instruction for the older style routers:

  1. Unplug the tool.
  2. To lock the spindle press the red button in and slide it to the locked position.
  3. Unlock the height adjustment knob.
  4. Raise the router motor using the height adjustment collar until you can get a wrench onto the collet nut.
  5. Loosen the nut until it turns freely.
  6. The bit may still be locked in the spindle, tap it gently (not on the blade!).
  7. The bit will come loose in the spindle and can be removed.
  8. Replace the bit, tighten the nut snug but don't use excessive force.
  9. Unlock the spindle, returning the red lever/button to the free position.
  10. Adjust the height of the bit as you wish, then lock down the motor using the locking knob.

My router is now locked and i didn't have it locked how do I unlock it

there is no lock down on belkin router.
do you have router portected? if not, some one lock your router.
the best ting to do is reset it to factory default. and start all over again.
to that :
With the router powered on, use a small thin object to press and hold the reset button for exactly seven seconds. The router lights will flash and this will restore the router to factory default. Connect your computer to one of the routers lan ports with an etherent cable. Open your web browser and navigate to 192.168.2.1. This should show the router status page with the default settings.
