I had the same problem, two green flashing lights with one red (water) all 3 would just keep flashing and not turn solid. No coffee can be made or hot water. I could not pump prime. The problem was the steam wand was blocked with old milk residue. It needs unblocking or you will never pump prime. I could not unscrew the steam wand...so I let it sink in a glass full of hot water for a few minutes and then turned the water knob counter clockwise to push out the softened residue. After that, everything was good. When water started flowing out of the steam wand, the red light turned off and the green lights turned solid. The obvious answer to why you can't pump prime is there is a blockage somewhere and best to start with the steam wand. --Mabada

My Saeco Italia is stuck in the descaling mode. I tried to descale it yesterday and now it is stuck in the descaling mode. I have tried resetting as instructed in the manual and unplugged it overnight. It...

I had this problem too. I was beside myself wondering what to do. I took the machine apart but there was nothing wrong. It was stuck in an infinite descale cycle. The 5 green buttons never blinked to say it was done. What finally fixed it was to close the steamer valve to where water was being being restricted from the steamer wand but still a little water was spurting out. It finally quit emitting water and the 5 lights blinked and the infinite descale cycle completed. This model espresso maker was a lemon and been nothing but problems.

I have a saeco incanto classic I have tried to descale 2 times and the red light will not go off, is there a reset buttton?

Hi
In order for the light to go off, the machine has to stop pumping on its own, both in the descale and the rinse mode. If you stop it before its done it will still be in the descale mode.
Once it stops on its own, the lights will change. Then do the rinse by replacing the water in the tank and closing and then reopening the steam knob and again letting the machine quit on its own. Again the lights will change. Then repeat the last cycle (putting water in the tank and closing and then reopening the steam knob)until all the red lights go away and you only have a green blinking light. Now your finished descaling a compact without a digital display.

The two coffee lights and the water light are flashing

Had the same problem. I sealed my lips around the steam wand and sucked as hard as I could, first with open steam knob, then with closed. Obviously there was some air left inside from steaming before. Machine worked fine afterwards.

How do i reset my saeco sclass incanto coffee machine

Hi
If you are talking about the descale light you must let the machine quit on its own. The lights will change. Then do the rinse by replacing the water in the tank and closing and then reopening the steam knob and again letting the machine quit on its own. Again the lights will change. Then repeat the last cycle until all the red lights go away and you only have a green blinking light. Stopping it when it is out of water will only let it continue on with the descale cycle. The pump must quit on its own.

After descaling the two coffe cup lights keep flashing .

Hi
You have finished the descale process and your descale light should be gone. Put a fresh tank of water on the machine and then open the steam knob. This should clear the water light and your machine will start heating again.

Saeco Italia water lite and green lights flashing

Hi,

Try to open the steam knob and make a cup of water (tea), see if you can get a full cup or just a half.

How old are your machine?
How often do you descale the machine?

Best regards

Saeco italia error

What happens when you open the knob on the right? It may just need priming.
