Error 50 is a service error and you will need to contact your local computer repair or go to their site and talk to customer service to get someone to fix this for you.

There is a drawer at the bottom of the machine, pull it open and put paper in in

press function, print incomplete command report, then go to function 4 and use command numbers on report to delete.

It is about 12 years old. Also it is actually a Panafax UF-745.
It is a pretty reliable workhorse, however. if you ever see a C-54 code come up, it's a bad laser unit and you can then throw it away.

If you can find Panasonic's Document Management Software you can use it as a Printer and Scanner.

E3-01 is the toner bottle rotation. for some reason it is not rotating. Take out the toner bottle and be sure it is in coreectly, that the labels are not loose and preventing it from turning.

Function 9, access code is 9720, press yes, press no until you get to set access code? press yes, delete code, press yes, press stop. I don't think this manual in online any more, but you can go to www.oceusa.com, go to drivers and support, and look for 9820 or 9800 series. The programming instructions are the same as this model
