1. Firmware [for your player]
Get a download from the support site and install:
this will put maps onto the device. Communication with the software
on the computer is available after getting the next item (2.) is done.

2. Application software [for the computer]
2.1 Creative Centrale (+ User Guide) is usefull to get songs on your Mozaic.
2.2 Windows Media Player 11 can be used as well. Note: You'll first have to make a playlist: Save the playlist: Next Synchronize it onto
the Zen.

3. Drag and drop
Once firmware is installed you can also use the drag and drop method. Move music, pictures, video inside maps on the computer into the corresponding map onto the player.

do a google on your model and download the convert software
it probally has the format as cell phone videos but yours is probally easier.. you could just try a usb cable and port over to the folder where the videos and music is on,

the creative zen disk is black-red.
Or on linux, you use tilp2

idk how to put movies on but put your videos onto your computer then download them onto windows media player in your library and then go to sync and drag them to download and them click start sync

Open your web browser and navigate the Zen V Plus support page (See Below). Click here > h Click "Download" under "Firmware" and choose to "Save" it to your computer. Connect your Zen to the computer using the Zen USB cable. Double-click the file that was downloaded to your computer to start the installation process. DVD needs to be converted to a format recognized by the mp3 player typically it will be .wmv or similar. You can go to cnet.com and download "any video converter" and convert dvd format to wmv and then transfer to the zen..I have used this successfully with my zen and transferred the movie 300 and Bull Durham.

• you should just click on search, on the left bottom point of your screen, go to all programs, and go to my videos, then creative zen. Then you should get your videos onto it.
  

yes, first you need to download windows media player, then go to library at the top. Then go to add files. Add the pictures that you got to the sync list and sync to zen.
