You can recover deleted files from mp3 with steps below:
1. Connect mp3 to computer and then see whether mp3
memory should show as a drive letter in your explorer, if not, you need to take out your memory card and connect using a card reader, or plug-in to card reader slot if there's any on your computer.
2. follow steps in this memory card data recovery guide

Try searching the internet for 'mp3 player file recovery' or 'ipod file recovery'. There are some programs out there that will retrieve accidentally erased files. I haven't tried any, so can't recommend any particular one.

The most important thing is to not add anymore stuff to the player until you have attempted a recovery.

Good luck!

Matt

Everytime i restart my ipod, an apple appears with a loading bar under it that fills up to a certain point and then freezes. how do i get to my home screen?

This has happened to me once and it is an annoyance. You have to press the power button and the home button at the same time until the ipod reacts to the buttons being pressed down together. Once this happens there is a slight possibility that you may have to restore your ipod back to its original settings. This will delete your music, videos, and anything else but if you have purchased the songs, videos, or anything else from itunes or the app store you may be able to get them back. If you downloaded your stuff of the internet than you will have to do that stuff again...

How do I delete pictures from my sony walkman nw z 405?

There are two sets of solutions that you may need to apply.
1) Disable Auto-Sync in Windows Media Player. This is how the songs may have been loaded in the first place. Connect your mp3 player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Run the mouse over the "Sync" tab - a black arrow should appear - click on the arrow. Click the option that says "Set Up Sync" and uncheck the box that says "Sync Devices Automatically".
2) Delete songs using Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Find the songs that are loaded onto your mp3 player by clicking the icon that represents your mp3 player. Highlight the songs by left-clicking a song once, and press "Delete" on your computer's keyboard.

Good luck!

Stuck while loading music??

The same thing happened to mine a couple of times.. I let the battery run completely down then plugged it into my computer.. after a couple of attempts it seems to recognised the mp3 player, and works at least for a bit after that. I've now deleted and added quite a few various tracks, and it has been fine for a while now.. so not sure if it might be a corrupt/dodgy file taht I've now deleted or something?

Problem with deleting music

It might have reformatted the songs by accident. Just try to redounload the songs you want and dont download the ones that you wanted to delete in the first place. This happens a lot with Sandisk e250 mP3 players
