This sounds loke the chainbrake has activated, grab the hand guard and pull it fimly fully back to the top handle until it clicks and the brake is of, now try again.

sounds like either your sim card isnt inserted correctly, or the slots arent turned on. sim card slot 2 is the slot closest to the phone, gold chip faces up, sim card slot one is slightly elevetaed off the phone, gold chip faces down. make sure it is inserted all the way down. perss fimly. then go to SETTINGS>DUAL SIM SETTINGS>DUAL SIM OPEN>CLICK OK. This opens up both sim card slots. after you find out which slot you are going to use, you can repeat these steps and only have opened the one you are using.

There is a product that I use when servicing gas fireplaces that works pretty good. Google search "Rutland White Off". In a lot of cases it takes just about everything off and the glass looks brand new. If it went to long without being cleaned, it could be permanently baked into the glass. As far as removing the glass, every manufacturer uses there own style of clip. Check around the bottom of the fireplace where the controls are for a latch or possibly screws that are holding it in place, sorry, without looking at it, it's pretty hard to answer that part of your question
