Washer doesn't rinse well. Doesn't spin water out properly.

Kenmore Heavy Duty 70 Series Washer.
Does not rinse or spin properly. Clothes are too wet when cycle completed. White marks left on dark clothing. (soap?)

Kenmore topload washer 70 series heavy duty will fill with water and start the washing cycle but when it gets to the drain and rinse cycle it wont go any further on any washing cycle
The lid switch controls the rinse and spin cycles.
If the lid switch is bad the cycle fails to advance.
Replace your lid switch.
