Wii red light going batty flashing like every 1/3rd of a second, and it will not turn on. I FIXED MINE BY UNPLUGGING EVERYTHNIG CARDS, CABLES, FROM EVERYWHERE, AND REMOVE SDCARDS ALSO, AND DISCS, BOTH GC & WII CARDS, SENSOR BAR PLUG, POWER Plug *ALL THAT'S PLUGGED OR INSERTED... Now i plugged everything back in ACCEPT Not Sensor PLUG To back of wii, then the light quit (This is after 4 min break all undone...) And then plugged the Sensor plug and THEN as i finally plugged in the POWER Plug I first held the SYNC red button on the Wii, and then plugged it in and WAH-LAH Isue Resolved Immediately, KUDOS for the hints Cheerz & Peace Love Banish Fear/ hate to not even give it thought in root thoughtfulness.!. www.fb.com/stanleydeanparker/
it ended up being the Red Light Of Death witch can be a problem with the soldering on the motherboard of the console what you have to do is go to a repair shop that specializes in reflowing the motherboard of your console.
The light is hte standby light and it should be blinking a repeating count. That count will indicate the defective circuit. Please post the count and confirm your model to be KV-27HS420 and we can look up the code and provide the probable repair solution.
Hi Guys
I had the same problem with all lights flashing nothing working, happened after a panic power shut down. As with peter after the paper button was released, printer lit up like a christmas tree again. I played around with the button combinations and found that holding down the ink button instead of the flashing paper button cleared the problem. Great tip guys saved me a lot of money. cheers me dears clive.
The unit shutsdown for a reason ,is sensing trouble somewhere,it could be mechanical problem or an electronic problem, either way it needs service. An estimate will tell you whats wrong and if it is worth to you to repair.Good day
