Could be problem of key switches!
Try replacing or check for leakage,high resistance across switches using ohmmeter.

just press all the control buttons one at time. It works for me.

Try to unplug the power cable from the mains for about 10 minutes then replug and try again.
Make sure all cables are well connected.
Try to test it on another computer if possible.
If that doesnt help then it sounds like a hardware problem with the monitor and you wont be able to repair it your self.
