IPOD SHUFFLE 1 GB SECOND GENERATION DOESN'T SEEM TO BE SYNCING PROPERLY AS SONGS JUMP TO THE NEXT SONG AFTER PLAYING A PERCENTAGE OF A SONG. tHIS PROBLEM SEEMS SOMEWHAT RANDOM BUT WITH HIGH FREQUENCY....

You will need to wipe it clean then put all your songs back into it. Try using a different computer and then put iTunes on it and that should erase it all and then just load your Ipod back up with your music. What happens is that if the Ipod can't read the song, it stutters, tries to play that part, and sometimes skips songs.

Cant seem to download songs to my ipod shuffle tried everything

You may try this iTunes alternative, it that can help you manage iPod files including delete, upload, play, copy, etc. I always use it to sync my iPod when my iTunes has problem, it works pretty well all the time.

Cant get songs onto ipod shuffle.(daughter has ipod touch)

Hi there,
When you go into the ipod section on iTunes, click the music tab, make sure 'sync music' is checked and 'selected playlists:' is also, then check the playlist you want to use. Click 'sync' button

If that don't work go back to the summary tab and hit 'restore' and follow the instructions to reset the ipod, resync and all should be fine.

All the best

itunes is the key... the same way you put the songs onto the ipod is how you remove them..

open itunes and remove the check mark from any songs you want to remove from your ipod and perform a sync just as you did by checkmarking the songs you wanted on your ipod but in reverse

you need to have 'Itunes' on your computer

Download it here: www.apple.com/ipod/start

through this program you'll be able to convert audio CDs to your ipod & buy new songs from ' the itunes store. '
