Very helpful, this takes you to the HP site with very clear instructions and pictures. I didn't know my printer had a rear door and this is how I got the jammed paper out. Very simple. Thanks!

HP Laser Jet 4L jammed at rear.Cannot release paper

Open rear cover. Press green release lever upward. Push paper backward (out of top toward back) When all paper out of upper roller, pull remaining paper straight back. It will move easily.

I'm sure this is too late for the original post, but it might help someone who comes along later (like me)

Printer HP Office jet Pro K5400 Paper jam happened now we cant print anything. Orange button with ky just keeps flashing. Can you help please?

This typically means there is still paper stuck somewhere in that. My guess is that whatever paper as removed tore as it was pulled out. Look carefully everwhere you can.

HP Desk Jet 3320 paper won't feed any more

Hi , I think the belt which moves the cartridge is worn out or it could be something to do with the sensor.check both and should work fine.

Printer Will Not print

There probably is, in fact, a "paper jam". A very tiny piece of paper is stuck somewhere in this printer. If the printheads (where the ink carts. are) move freely when cover is opened, it's most def. a paper jam.

Paper Jam

I have exactly the same printer, here's how to remove jammed paper.
1. Unplug printer from mains and your computer. 2. Turn Printer around 3. There is a darker-grey panel with a knob in the middle of it. Turn the knob anti-clockwise to release the panel 4. The jammed paper should loop around the roller. Gently pull on the loop slowly until it has released fully. 5. Put the panel back on the printer and turn knob anti-clockwise to lock it into place.
Hope this helps.
