All the latest Vista drivers for that MB are available from the Asus website here http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us obviously with no lan connection you will need a way to get the file from a - b. USB flash drive or copy to CD im sure youll work out a way ....cheers from Scott

Product =Mother Board So Series= (Socket NO.eg. 754 etc.) So Model= (Model no will be K8v-vm) And please select the O.S (XP / VISTA/ WINDOWS 7) version of the drivers that matches your P.C and search. Now you can download easilyone after one. Hope it will help you.

Select MOTHERBOARD.
Select ASUS-P5E-VM.
Select DRIVERS.
Select NIC or LAN.
Download via a computer that *does* have Internet access.
Copy the downloaded-file to a USB memory-stick.
Move the USB memory-stick to your computer.
Install from the USB memory-stick.
